Joe Payne grew up in Santa Maria, California, studying piano privately as a child and later earning an Associates Degree at Allan Hancock College in music. Payne has taught and performed on the piano for more than a decade and has tuned pianos professionally on the Central Coast for more than 6 years. He teaches piano, guitar, mandolin, and ukulele to everyone from young beginners to retirees who’d like to pick up their old (or new) instrument again.
